Let me just preface this by saying I had no idea there existed a place that made legitimate custom rings from scratch until I stumbled across JBlunts website. I had searched and searched for MONTHS trying to find the ring I wanted and was losing hope. From the very first message sent to Josh, I felt I was the only customer he had. He paid attention, responded respectfully, in depth, and walked me through the entire process of what makes his rings FAR superior to anything you can buy in a store. And BOY, was he right. He was patient and answered all my questions even when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. And even showed me a version of my ring I didn't even know I wanted until I saw it. If youre worried about waiting 8-10+ weeks for your ring, take it from me. It. Is. Worth it! Even when a miscommunication happened and the ring ended up being the wrong size, he acted fast and went above and beyond to make it right.
