The width is approximately 11mm wide. I am limited to the sizes available due to the process of folding the medallion into a ring. The rings cannot be resized so please try on actual 10-12mm rings in a standard fitment to get your proper size. Quarter sizes available. The size option available are as follows : 8 - 13
